I do not have the exact printer, but I had a similar problem. Look in the printer settings. if they told the newspaper, change it. You need to have a drop-down menu to find the right paper option (block photo paper must be printed somewhere, my role was played Kodak provided a bit of teaching with the appropriate parameters for different types of printers).

Use the accessory tray. It will feed on thicker paper.
